•RETURN POLICY•
No returns. ALL sales are FINAL.
•ORDERS and SHIPPING•
ALL sales are FINAL. Orders are processed as they are received. Please allow 1-2 days for your items to be shipped excluding Sundays and holidays. Most items will ship the next day. Buyers will be notified of shipping delays. USPS tracking numbers are provided with every order excluding local deliveries (pick-up or drop-off.)
•REQUEST TO HOLD ITEMS•
Not permitted. First come, first serve.
•CLEANING and MAINTENANCE•
Avoid spraying perfume, cologne and oils directly on jewelry. Do not submerge in water. Use a soft cloth to wipe down jewelry. Store in a cool dry place or container. Wearing your jewelry (bracelets) - without pulling or tugging, should be rolled onto and off the wrist. Avoid over-stretching the cord.
•RESTRINGING FEE•
$5.00 + shipping to Bead Appeal and back to you.
•DAMAGED ITEM and REPAIR FEE•
Determined on a case by case basis. An inspection is required before repair is confirmed. Please request to send a picture first before mailing back any items. Missing pieces could result in having to purchase a new bracelet. If replacement pieces are out of stock, the buyer will be advised of options. Buyer is responsible for shipping to Bead Appeal and back to you.
